Meadow Farms fundraiser
Raised $9254.34 with 131 participants, about $400 in donations, $1975.75 went to Boston Funds
Book Fair:
– The fair’s total sales were $23,104.45.
– The school library received $976.29 in books from the fair.
– The fair will earn over $3200 in Scholastic Dollars and $3000 cash, which can be spent by the school library and the PTA.
– There was $308.94 donated at the fair.
– We definitely expanded what we were able to do for classroom wishlists this year!! The PTA used the donations at the fair and Scholastic Dollars to purchase $1386.86 worth of books from the teacher wishlists as well as select books for all our new teachers this year who did not create a wishlist.
We were also able to give over $150 in books to students who earned scholastic dollar awards at school and $210 was redeemed in $5 coupons distributed to teachers and staff.
In total, our school community received a benefit of over $8,600 from this fair!!!
Cocoa & Canvas:
169 total painters participated, 16 walk in spots were available at each session, and (brought in about $1,425 and cost was about $780 in expenses) overall profit was about $645.
Family Movie Night Run by Amanda McGowen and Krystina Gotsch. Showed Disney Pixar’s Up projected on the MMS cafeteria wall and served popcorn to more than 60 visitors, families including grandparents, and community members.

Sponsored and staffed the 2022 Scholastic Book Fair, raising over $4,000 for the MES Community
Elementary Courtyard Seating
Purchased outdoor seating for the Elementary School courtyard to offer alternative classroom space.

Organized and funded staff appreciation week activities

Milton Community Fun Run
Hosted the Milton Community Fun Run – in COLOR in 2023 and raised $15,000 for the school and students.
New Elementary Sand Box
Using funds provided by a National PTA grant, a new sand box was built for the Elementary playground.
MMS Positive Behavior Incentives
Provided funds to the Middle School to provide incentives for positive behavior among MMS students.
Sensory Friendly Tent
Created a Sensory Friendly Tent as an alternative for kids at large school and community events.
